What should I do if the Controller displays an 'E1' error?Updated 5 days ago
If the Controller displays an “E1” error, it may indicate an issue with the power connection between the Controller and the mask.
Please try these steps:
- Charge the Controller to at least 50% battery.
- Disconnect the power cable from the face mask.
- Check the magnetic (MagSafe) connections on the cable and mask for dirt, grease, debris, or any small metal objects.
- If you see any debris or foreign objects, remove them and gently wipe the connections clean.
- Reconnect the cable securely to the mask.
- Try turning the device on again.
