Every window below is a satisfaction guarantee on purchases made directly at irestorelaser.com and shipped to a US address. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for every return, and once we issue one you have 30 days to ship the product back. We allow one return per product line per customer or household.
**Hair Growth System (Essential, Professional, Elite) - 12 months from purchase**
If you are not satisfied after twelve months of use, we provide a prepaid return label at our expense for domestic orders. If you return earlier than the twelve-month mark, you pay return shipping. Hair Growth System returns are subject to a 25% service fee, and sales tax is refunded. Bundles are refunded in part, because consumables are not returnable.
**Illumina Face Mask, Eye Mask, Neck & Chest Mask - 100 days from purchase**
Request your RMA any time within the 100 days. No service fee. You pay return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

**Apex 1500 and Apex 2160 LED Panels - 60 days from delivery**
Full refund, and we charge no restocking fee. Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, and the mounting hardware, and must arrive in like-new condition; returns missing components or received damaged are refused and sent back. A stand returned together with the panel is fully refundable. A stand returned without the panel, and all other accessories, are final sale.

This is our Empty Bottle Guarantee, and it applies to 1-pack, 2-pack, 3-pack, and 6-pack supply orders. It is available on your first consumable order only, is limited to one per customer or household, and refunds are capped at $400.
**Applies to every return**
Original outbound shipping, expedited shipping selected at checkout, and optional Shipping Protection are not refundable. If you bought more than one of the same device in an order and return only one, the refund reflects the lowest-priced device in that order. On international orders our guarantee does not cover return shipping, and duties, VAT, and return-to-sender costs are deducted from the refund.
