How far should I stand from the panel?
Position yourself 12–18 inches (30–45 cm) from the panel for the first week. After one week, you may move as close as 12 inches (30 cm). The optimal tested distance is 6 inches (15 cm). Always follow distance guidance for each mode.
How do I clean the Apex Panel?
Wipe the surface with soft, dry or a lightly damp cloth only or using the iRESTORE Cleaning Solution. Do not submerge, spray liquids, or use harsh chemicals.
Can I travel with the Apex Panel?
The Apex 2160 measures 35.8 × 11.8 × 2.6 inches and weighs 44.1 lbs. It is suitable for international use with plug adapter, but not practical for frequent travel.
How often should the device be used?
Use the panel 3–5 times per week initially, then several times per week for maintenance.

No. The device is not waterproof and should never be immersed in water or cleaned with excessive moisture.

Can I share usage of the Apex Panel?
Yes, among household members. Ensure users do not have listed contraindications (recent burns, cancers, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy, bleeding tendencies, high fever, acute inflammation, active tuberculosis). Wipe down the panel between users.
Can I use the Apex Panel more than the recommended treatment time?
The panel has an adjustable timer (1–30 minutes per session). Exceeding recommended durations does not increase benefits and may cause skin warmth or discomfort. The device automatically shuts off at the end of the timer.
What is the life expectancy of the device?

Where is the serial number?
The serial number of the Apex Panel is located on the back near the power switch. It's the 25-character code. Please refer to the image below.
